Strengthen me by sympathizing with my strength, not my weakness.

“Was I bitter? Absolutely. Hurt? You bet your sweet ass I was hurt.
Who doesn't feel a part of their heart break at rejection.
You ask yourself every question you can think of, what, why, how come,
and
then your sadness turns to anger.
That's my favorite part. It drives me, feeds me, and makes one hell of a story.”

Three quotes shared with you today. They bring together strength and a reason that we all must find and choose to develop our resolution to remain focused on what we can control.
We can control 'ourselves'. Thats it folks. We can't control others, and how they treat us, we can only control what we choose how they effect us.
Never give another permission to hurt you.
Sounds so simple...... Easy even.... LOL.....
The magic in that statement is that it is so simple. We need to rework that statement though.
Because when you never give that permission you tend to isolate yourself and pull back on living. So lets reword that statement.
We give and we care thats what we do as humans
But I care and love myself and my spirit to much
To allow anyone or anything the permission to hurt me.
I withhold that permission and that is my choice.
Strength in thought, and action and knowledge that pain and hurt are real.
This year was very challenging for me. I found love each day and lost love that seemed way beyond my control. It happens. Does it hurt? To quote a line above you bet your sweet ass hurt. LOL
However life goes on and you live and you learn and you patch things up. Not everything gets a patch but the things you control which you gets the first patch.
It is obvious I hope to you the reader that I love life, I love trying to make another laugh, rejoice, feel gratitude, give praise and share a smile with others.
Thats my personal mission, vision that we can choose to make a difference. In so many big ways but some times the simple and easiest ways have the most impact. Especially if we could all jump on board and share that smile, give that kind word, love life and share in our gratitude.
What a world we could and would have? Huh? What a world we would have.
So the weekly affirmation fits nicely here:
I design my life of purpose. I will use the power of love and mindful words to help in my design and direction of a life of purposeful love. I will not quit, I am successful in everything that I create as I create with intention to make a difference. I am a winner, I am loved and I will share in my abundance of love to empower others.
Trust in these words this week, Say them, repeat them and each day watch the shift in your beliefs.
Words with power, with emotion and words that will help affirm your design of a better you.
Use your inner strength to overcome anything and discover that it is within each of us right now to make our days a bit simpler and choose to make that difference with another.
Smiles as always sent your way. Today and always.

Your Daily Prayer
Lord, thank you for today!
Thanks for the quiet time I take to give you praise and share in my gratitude.
May I always find this time to speak your name.
Help me to rediscover and be made more aware of my inner strength. Help me to focus on love and sharing my love with others.
Help me to focus my strength on making a difference with the simple actions in life.
On keeping things more attainable and filling this time of year with the simple things of life.
Help me to focus my strength on making a difference with the simple actions in life.
On keeping things more attainable and filling this time of year with the simple things of life.
Giving thanks
Showing appreciation
Expressing the real reason for the season.
Thanks for the gift of love may I understand that everything was designed with love and only man and his wrong intentions created hate.
May I do my share to rebuke that.
Help us to become the gift that this world needs.
A bit kinder, more gentle, more in tune with the power and influence we really do all have.
To share to be that beacon of light.
To share a simple sincere smile.
To reach out with our hands and arms to help another person get a foot hold once again.
Help me to make a difference with a simple sincere smile, a kind word or even a act of kindness or love.
I give you praise and the glory for all of that
With humility and gratitude I thank you
Amen
