probably the finest sound there is and will last until the day when
the game is called on account of darkness.
In this world, a good time to laugh is any time you can.
~Linda Ellerbee
I found this quote to share with you and I laughed. LOL!
In most peoples life Monday is a tough day. Going back to work after a weekend filled with family. Going back to school with the thoughts of tests and work assignments on your agenda and the worry of it all and some of it never even existed. We just anticipated the worst.
That is when laughter is the most effective.
Comedy is defiance. It's a snort of contempt in the face of fear and anxiety.
And it's the laughter that allows hope to creep back on the inhale.
~Will Durst
We all need to laugh more. Smile more and share these gifts, the simple and sincere gifts that they are.
Laughter is.....
the best medicine for any ache or pain.
Laughter is.....
what you do when you want to confuse your foe. They will wonder what your up to.
Laughter is.....
a mood enhancer. Try it and see how quickly your mood takes a turn for the better.
Laughter is....
good for your breathing. You breathe deeper and exhale deeper.
Laughter is....
good for your family, your relationships. A no brainer here, a room full of laughter is a great room.
Laughter is.....
an instant depression antidote. Not the cure for depression mind you but laughter is one good step in the right direction.
Laughter is.....
contagious and when you laugh the world will laugh with you.
Take the time to laugh this day and if you can do it again tomorrow.
Smiles sent your way along with some laughter! : ) LOL

Your Daily Prayer
Lord thank you for giving us the gift of laughter.
May we use it often to lighten the load for ourselves and for others.
Help me to not only have faith in your word but faith in happiness and joy.
Allow me to use this faith and share this faith with others.
I give you praise and the glory for all of that
Protect us and guide us this day and protect us from moving hastily through the day.
Give us the patience to slow down just to enjoy life and the simple pleasures of laughter and the simple sincere smile.
Help us to share these gifts with others.
Thank you for all that we have. Love, Freedom and Salvation.
Amen
