Don't underestimate the value of Doing Nothing,
of just going along,
listening to all the things you can't hear, and not bothering.
: o ) Pooh's Little Instruction Book, inspired by A.A. Milne
Taking time for yourself is a powerful too to increase your productivity, your energy and your peace found often within. Make sure you take time to do nothing and just get within nature and listen to the world that you often can't hear as you rush on by with life's many duties and chores.
Take time to listen, I mean really listen to the quiet and feel your presence in the moment.
Stillness is so very important that we should spend in each day and we often miss that time and forget its power.
Look at a tree, a flower, a plant.
Let your awareness rest upon it.
How still they are, how deeply rooted in Being.
Allow nature to teach you stillness.
: o ) Eckhart Tolle
Look around you listen, take time to listen to things you can't hear.
Within the laws of nature so much higher intelligence comes from the laws of nature.
Look how the bee's work to produce and protect.
The power of ground ants to build its home no matter how much effort is needed.
A mother bird who feeds its young.
Flowers that turn their faces towards the sun.
Birds that fly to the south and return to spring.
So much to learn from nature. To listen to what we can't hear.
Smiles to you this day : ) Enjoy
