Reflective Objectives
When in the goal process it does always help to maintain a reflective attitude even when we are just looking back at our setbacks. We will always be ready for the step forward in the next part of our process.
During the process of goal setting and following through on objectives you should always reflect back on your success and on your set backs. Taking a step forward time and time again with no reflection is moving to fast and perhaps even reckless.
Reflective Objectives are objectives that are directly set to take time to reflect and look back at what got you further on down the road and also to reflect on what has hindered you.
You have to 'connect the dots' looking backward as Steve Jobs stated the the speech to the graduation class at standford univ. You have to trust your instincts, your gut, your faith but you still have to look back and reflect.
It will help you achieve your goals and your dreams quicker and with more success.
