On Discovery and Action : ) ~ Smiles and Inspiration 2012 ~ Day 17 of 366 ~ 01/17/12

“Outside, the ocean was crashing, waves hitting sand, then pulling back to sea.

I thought of everything being washed away, again and again.

We make such messes in this life, both accidentally and on purpose.

But wiping the surface clean doesn't really make anything neater.

It just masks what is below.

It's only when you really dig down deep, go underground, that

you can see who you really are.”

: o )  Sarah Dessen

We try don't we, to just wipe the mess away. Clean the surface from the last mistake and move on.  We blame another, we blame fate, we blame our past but the past can only haunt us and effect us if we let it.

The same with others and yes even fate.

We are in control of our mistakes and unless we dig down deeper and truly see what is going on underground in us we will continue the same mistake over and over and over again.

So how do we upright the ship, our ship?

We correct anything by understanding what we truly wanted in the end.

Understanding the end in mind and visualizing that we are already present in that moment, the end.

The next step is to plan our process, its all process.

The process of spoken gratitude.
The process of prayer and meditation.
The process of taking time to listen to ones self and what that still small voice inside will speak to us in the guidance process.

Then the final step is action.

Nothing happens with out action.  We take charge and we do.  Is it ok if we still fail, of course, we learn more from a failure than from success.  We always have, always will learn more from that process.

Discovery of who you want to be and how much your willing to do to get there.

The new affirmation for you and smiles as always sent your way : )

I create joy and happiness in the time that I am given.  Time is shared with those I care about and I freely give my gratitude to the choices I make.  Choices to laugh, love, think, share and create that which will empower my self and others.  I create joy and happiness and I empowered by those creations. Love follows me daily and I cherish its attention to my daily actions.

71 words that I hope starts to change your spirit from within.  The spirit that says, yes we can and we should make a difference.

Enjoy your week, share a smile, share in some laughter and dream big and love always : ) Smiles to you this day and everyday
