Understanding Oneself So We Can Grow
So enough about the spirit, perhaps, the next 10 days we will talk about goals and how they can be valuable to our growth. But today we must understand ourselves so we can grow with the world and its energy.
So plenty of stuff to mull over the last 10 days. A third of the way done this month on Goals. Perhaps the single most important thing about goals and the spirit and the achievement is to understand oneself.
Once we understand ourself we can focus more on achievement of what truly is important to us. That is perhaps the single greatest skill we must achieve.
To understand oneself.
Sure we can label ourselves from our childhood and our environment but if you buy into that prescription your fooling yourself.
Your more than your environment or your childhood.
No matter how good or how bad it was your more than that. Your what your beliefs are, your values system and your faith in that higher power, God and the energy that surrounds all of us.
That is what you are.
So pass down all those limiting beliefs.
We are what we think about everyday. So what are you thinking about yourself.
We are what we speak and believe. So what do you believe in yourself about?
What words are you telling yourself and more importantly what tone are you using when you do.
Make each day a better belief in what your can become.
Understand who you are and what values you cherish the most.
Make your life something that can be built upon for new growth and enhanced life.
Just some thoughts and as always smiles sent to you this day and everyday.

I walk with confidence and understanding towards success. Thank you for another day in the world you created.
May my spirit inspire, inflate and bring joy and peace to another.
