To Choose or Not to Choose ~ Smiles and Inspiration 2012 ~ Day 28 of 366 ~ 01/28/12

It is impossible for you to be angry and laugh at the same time.

Anger and laughter are mutually exclusive and you have the power to choose either.

: o ) Wayne Dyer

When we start to understand that everything that we do is a choice then we will have freedom and clarity on our personal growth.

To me it is really that simple.

It is your choice to choose.

Sure things happen in an instant that will change our lives in a second.  But how we react to those things are in our control.

Those we care about will leave us.  They will die or just plain move on.  That is live for as we are born so shall we die.  Life will happen with our without our permission.

But choose to live a life as much as possible by your choice's.

Live with laughter, with passion, with love, with a smile.

As this smile is shared with you today. : )

This weeks affirmation (New)

This day is mine to reflect and project the joy in my heart for this gift of life.  I choose to live a life that shapes and molds the energy that surrounds me.  I am a perfect design and I choose to let that design in practice make a difference for others.  I love that opportunity that has been given to me.

Enjoy your week, share a smile, share in some laughter and dream big and love always : ) Smiles to you this day and everyday

Your Daily Prayer

Lord, thank you for today and all the possibilities that lay in front of me

Thank you for this year and another day of life and a chance to make a difference

Thank you for the gift of family, of love, of understanding.

Thank you for the gift of gratitude may I use it and speak it daily to inspire others to do the same

Bless our families, our friends, those in need of hope and faith may be in some way help to inspire their lives.

Help them to construct a plan for a path of increased gratitude, enhanced desire to create a environment of more laughter and smiles.

May we have the insight to understand that we are in charge of our product that we produce

Help all us to understand that we create our results, our thoughts, our actions that make all the difference.

May we also understand the power of gratitude and prayer with meditation regarding all of our emotions no matter how large or small

We have the ownership of the thoughts and actions and may we realize that strengths that we do possess that can make the most difference in the lives of others.

May I choose to make a difference in the lives of myself and others.

May I share a smile, a sincere smile and perhaps a kind word or deed.

May I give thanks more.

Show  appreciation more.

To share to be that beacon of light.

To share a simple sincere smile.

Help me to understand that a balanced  emotional status and let me always produce and perform at a more positive state.
