The Progress you made : ) ~ Smiles and Inspiration 2012 ~ Day 8 of 365 ~ 01/08/12

What progress, you ask, have I made? I have begun to be a friend to myself.

: o ) Hecato, Greek philosopher

So welcome to week number 2 in 2012.  How was your first week at the helm of your ship?  Did you sail it into warm friendly waters?  Stay away from the rocks, stay away from the cold winds and stay happy along your journey.

We all take that journey, each and everyday we step out of bed.  We have the ability to energize our day or let it slowly fizzle.  Its all up to us.  Each second is under our command.

Sure you may be working for someone 8 to 12 hours a day but you still are in total control of your actions and thoughts and outcome.  Each and every second you have the ability to change your state and energize your next action.

All from the power within!  A simple shared smile delivered with sincerity can brighten another persons day more that you know.  So why not make the magic happen and adjust your sails and steer your ship into that warm water and spread some joy and laughter.

Just some thoughts as we go into week number 2.

This weeks new affirmation :

I choose to focus on the energy that I create with my happiness.   My smile can brighten another persons spirit quick and efficiently.  The difference I make is not in the moment that I just shared with another, that smile, the kind word but it is in the difference that is created by the ripple effect of love and kindness.   I choose to share that ripple and it flows out, further and further each day.  The ripple effect of laughter, of kindness and gratitude.  I am the energy that can make a difference for future generations.  I am one but with others I become a small group of people that can truly change anything for the better.

117 words that I hope starts to change your spirit from within.  The spirit that says, yes we can and we should make a difference.

Enjoy your week, share a smile, share in some laughter and dream big and love always : ) Smiles to you this day and everyday
