Daily Spoken Gratitude : ) ~ Smiles and Inspiration 2012 ~ Day 12 of 366 ~ 01/12/12

"Gratitude on a daily basis means we express

appreciation for what we have now without

qualification for what we had in the past or

desire in the future."

: o ) Bishop Robert D. Hales

First thanks for the heads up on this year being leap year.  It is in fact 366 days not 365 this year.   So we get another day around the sun.  How cool is that?

Daily Spoken Gratitude .....  How important can it be?  Very important and the way to find out is for the next 30 days express your gratitude to those you care about.  Do it differently each day so it does not seem like a broken record or the same old expression but do it just the same.

Let those you love know why you love them.

Let those you work with understand how they make you a better person and why your grateful for them.

Let your friends now how much they mean to you not just because they are their for you as a friend but because of who they are and what they bring to your spirit.

Spread gratitude like you would spread oxygen around.

Let the others in your life know why and how they mean so much to you.

Watch the impact it has on them and more importantly you.

Smiles to you this day and everyday : )

This weeks new affirmation :

I choose to focus on the energy that I create with my happiness.   My smile can brighten another persons spirit quick and efficiently.  The difference I make is not in the moment that I just shared with another, that smile, the kind word but it is in the difference that is created by the ripple effect of love and kindness.   I choose to share that ripple and it flows out, further and further each day.  The ripple effect of laughter, of kindness and gratitude.  I am the energy that can make a difference for future generations.  I am one but with others I become a small group of people that can truly change anything for the better.

117 words that I hope starts to change your spirit from within.  The spirit that says, yes we can and we should make a difference.

Enjoy your week, share a smile, share in some laughter and dream big and love always : ) Smiles to you this day and everyday

Bless our families, our friends, those in need of hope and faith may be in some way help to inspire their lives.

Help them to construct a plan for a path of increased gratitude, enhanced desire to create a environment of more laughter and smiles.

May we have the insight to understand that we are in charge of our product that we produce

Help all us to understand that we create our results, our thoughts, our actions that make all the difference.

May we also understand the power of gratitude and prayer with meditation regarding all of our emotions no matter how large or small

We have the ownership of the thoughts and actions and may we realize that strengths that we do possess that can make the most difference in the lives of others.
